Getting started
Do I need to hold any stock?+
No. Everything is printed on demand — there are no minimums and you hold no stock. We make and ship each order as it comes in.
How do I create my first product?+
Open the designer, pick a blank, upload your artwork and position it on the garment, then save. From there you can publish it straight to your connected store.
How much does it cost to start?+
There's no upfront stock to buy. You only pay for an item once it's ordered — your margin is the difference between your retail price and our base price.
Artwork & design
Where do I upload my artwork?+
In the designer — choose a blank, then upload your file and drag it onto the garment. You'll see a live preview of the placement.
What file format works best?+
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background at around 300 DPI gives the sharpest DTG prints. Vector artwork exported to PNG also works well.
What's the maximum print size?+
Every product page shows its print area in millimetres. Keep your artwork within that box and it'll print exactly as placed.

What can you print on?+
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, vests, polo shirts, jackets, caps, bags, aprons and pet apparel — from brands like Gildan, Stanley/Stella, AWDis, Bella+Canvas and more.
Can I mix garments, colours and sizes?+
Yes. Every order can mix styles, colours and sizes — there's no restriction.
I can't find the garment I want — can you source it?+
Often, yes. Get in touch with what you're after and we'll let you know if we can bring it in.
Printing, orders & shipping
How long until my order is made and shipped?+
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our UK facility.
Is there a minimum order?+
No — order one item or one hundred. It's printed to order either way.
What printing methods do you offer?+
DTG (direct-to-garment), DTF transfers, screen printing and embroidery. We pick the best method for your design and garment.
How is delivery and tracking handled?+
We pack and post under your brand, then push tracking back to your store automatically so your customer is notified.
How do returns work?+
Because items are printed to order, we handle returns for faulty or misprinted products. Contact our team with your order number and we'll put it right.
Selling & your brand
Which selling platforms can I connect?+
Shopify is live today, with Etsy and WooCommerce on the way. Orders import automatically and tracking flows back to the store.
Can I sell under my own brand?+
Yes — it's white-label fulfilment. We can add your own neck labels, swing tags and branded packaging so every order looks like yours.
Where are you based and where do you ship?+
We print and ship from the UK, and can deliver to customers worldwide.
